CIVIL WAR REENACTMENT

“The Cascade Civil War Society is a non-profit educational and living history organization located in Southern Oregon.” The group participated in the June Jamboree one year and were a big hit. They even placed a “spie” they found riding the train in front of a firing squad.

The members of the group set up authentic displays and spent the day demonstrating the clothing and equipment and answering questions about the Civil War.

The members of the Civil War Cascade Society were wonderful during the June Jamboree teaching the children close order drills on the “parade ground”.

The sold out event enjoyed the musical entertainment provided by the Cascade Civil War Society.
